Kerstin Mueller

Kerstin is a London based freelance photographer. She has lived and worked in London since 2004.

She focuses on visual storytelling and finding narratives in everyday surroundings. When working with clients, her focus is on capturing natural images and honest moments, and she and prefers natural lighting over studio settings.

With an educational background in cultural studies and visual media, including a stint researching cities, her personal projects often focus on urban life and its social landscape - the spaces of everyday life, the innocuous and the often overlooked. 

She is currently working on her personal project 'The Long Goodbye', exploring the impact of gentrification on the social fabric of a north London community.

Kerstin accepts commissions for projects and collaborations - from weddings, family or maternity sessions, to travel photography assignments and documentary style shoots.
